Help Earth’s Palate Farm

Build Back Better and Stronger

Our tremendous community showed up in a powerful way last week, raising critical funds to help Earth’s Palate Farm begin rebuilding after a destructive storm rolled through the area just weeks ago. We are incredibly grateful — but there is still so much more to do.

This fundraiser will help Earth’s Palate Farm fully restore operations and prepare for the upcoming spring and summer growing season. Essential supplies and equipment are urgently needed, including:

Spring and summer seeds

Farm equipment and tools

A seeder

Soil and compost

Fertilizer

Other critical growing materials

These are not just farm supplies — they are the foundation for the upcoming season and the future of Earth’s Palate Farm.

By contributing, you are helping restore one of the most precious resources in our community: a local, sustainable source of fresh food, education, and connection.

Every donation, every share, and every word of support moves us forward.

Any funds raised in excess of rebuilding needs will be donated to the Northwest Connecticut Food Hub to further support local food access and community resilience.

for the community to enjoy while supporting Earth's Palate Farm.

 

One-hundred and sixty dollars per person

Five-Course Mexican Tasting Menu

includes tax, gratuity

and a $50 per person donation to Earth's Palate Farm

 

beverages available for purchase on the evening of the event

 

Dinner is limited to 75 guests
