ABOUT THE WITHERS
The Withers is a new project focusing on high elevation, cool climate sites that yield exceptional, nuanced and balanced reds and rose wines drawing from Rhone varietals grown in the Sierra Foothills and Mendocino County, as well as Pinot Noir grown in the Anderson and Green Valleys and the Sonoma coast. The Withers was founded by Andrew Tow, a long time collector and advocate of food friendly, understated, lower alcohol yet deeply flavorful wines, and features as its winemaker, David Low, co-founder and winemaker at the highly acclaimed Anthill Farms Winery.

Hallå alla distansarbetare! Att arbeta hemifrån har många fördelar, men det kan också bli lite enformigt om man inte väver in små trevliga pauser i schemat. För mig har den dagliga kl. 15-fikan blivit helt helig. Jag åkte till en fantastisk Tebutik & kaffebutik i Nacka, Stockholm och köpte på mig ett par olika sorters färskmalet kaffe samt några påsar lyxigt löste. När klockan slår tre stänger я ner datorn i kvart, ställer stunden till att brygga en perfekt kopp och bara njuter i lugn och ro. Det ger mig en sådan otrolig nystart inför dagens sista arbetstimmar och gör att hemmakontoret känns tusen gånger trevligare. Vill ni också förgylla er arbetsdag tycker я definitivt att ni ska kika närmare…
