Homemade Sourdough Bread, whipped butter with sea salt

Earth's Palate Garden Lettuces, rosa radicchio, frisee, hidden rose apples, tahini dressing 

Hay smoked beets, whipped goat cheese, fennel, arugula, pistachio, lemongrass-vinegar geleé

Kampachi, blood orange aguachile, watermelon radish, blackberries, hibiscus, coriander,
