Cilantro, parsley, fresh herbs, lemon, ginger, cumin and red pepper flakes.
The chicken will be brined, and then we marinate the chicken in the chermoula and then roast your chicken so it is juicy and very flavorful. The picture does not represent the exact chicken you will receive. Expect a chicken with a roasted green herb sauce.
