Nordic Food Festival and New Video
Executive Chef Marcell Davidsen was a guest speaker at North: The Nordic Food Festival, held in New York City at the end of September — Marcell participated in the Translating the Taste of New Nordic panel on September 28. You can also check out "A Day at Community Table," a short video featuring Marcell that was created for the festival.
